Appetizer: Jumbo Crab Cakes serves with remoulade and Japanese angel hair salad or Fruit and Cheese Display

Salad: Fresh greens topped with Bleu cheese, candied pecans, red onions and grilled pears served with balsamic vinaigrette

Filet and Lobster: A mixed grill featuring hand cut filet mignon with portabella bordelaise sauce, accompanied by half a grilled lobster tail with drawn butter served with smoked gouda dauphinoise potatoes and sautéed winter root vegetables

Chocolate Dream Dessert: Triple layer chocolate cake with chocolate mousse, chocolate ganache and chocolate sauce garnished with home made marshmallow. Chocolate raspberry crepes filled with chocolate ganach and raspberry compote and vanilla ice cream served in a brandy snap basket drizzled with homemade sauce.
